Chauffeur Service – Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
2. Booking Confirmation
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
2.2 A booking is only confirmed once the Company has issued written confirmation via email, text message, or other agreed communication.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the journey unless a credit account has been agreed in writing.
3.2 The Company accepts payment by bank transfer, debit card, credit card, or any other approved payment method.
3.3 Any additional charges incurred during the booking, including waiting time, parking fees, tolls, airport charges, route changes, or additional stops requested by the Client, will be invoiced and must be paid upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
3.4 Corporate account customers must settle invoices within the agreed payment terms stated on the invoice.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled hire start time are strictly non-refundable. Any payments received will be retained by the Company as a cancellation charge.
4.2 Cancellations for transfers made within 24 hours before the scheduled hire start time will be charged in full unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. Cancellations for As Directed Services within 24 hours before the scheduled hire start time will be subject to a charge of the full hours booked at the hourly rate applicable to the booking unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
4.3 Failure of the Client to attend the agreed pick-up location without prior notice ("No Show") will be treated as a cancellation with full charges (Charged as per 4.2)
4.4 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Waiting Time
5.1 A complimentary waiting period may be provided depending on the booking type.
5.2 Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary allowance will be charged at the Company's prevailing hourly or per-minute rate.
5.3 Airport collections include complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes from the flight's actual landing time, subject to the Company's booking confirmation.
6. Delays
6.1 The Company will make every reasonable effort to arrive on time.
6.2 The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, accidents, security incidents, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Company reserves the right to terminate the journey without refund if passengers behave in a dangerous, abusive, or illegal manner.
8. Vehicle Damage
The Client shall be responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or any passenger travelling under their booking, including professional cleaning where required due to excessive soiling or spillages.
9. Luggage
The Client is responsible for ensuring luggage is suitable for the booked vehicle. The Company accepts no liability where excess luggage cannot be accommodated safely.
Passengers remain responsible for all personal belongings. The Company accepts no responsibility for items lost, stolen, or left in the vehicle.
10. Child Seats
Where child seats are requested, the Client is responsible for providing accurate details regarding the child's age, height, and weight unless otherwise agreed.
11. Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the value of the booking except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including missed flights, business losses, or missed appointments arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, road closures, government restrictions, or civil disturbances.
13. Privacy
Personal information supplied during the booking process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and used solely for providing the requested services.
14. Complaints
Any complaints should be submitted in writing within seven days of the service date. The Company will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. Acceptance
By confirming a booking with the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
